How we look at buildings
The corona crisis is completely changing the view on the use of buildings. We experience more than ever what spaces do to us and how important the right mix is between living, working, learning, meeting and being outdoors. Space has become even more valuable than before. We meet and learn remotely; we can work and study at a desk anywhere, and we prefer team building or gathering in inspiring places elsewhere. We now know that all too well.
Offices are thus increasingly becoming locations for gatherings, creative work sessions and high-quality meetings. We make more intensive and different use of our homes; we do more different activities in the same rooms. Schools must be healthier, and classrooms must stimulate and inspire more. Moreover, green outdoor spaces around buildings play an increasingly significant role in our well-being. The quality for the end user is more important than ever.
We see a lot of opportunities in this, including financially. This moment in time calls for a repositioning of the building sector or a reassessment of the real estate portfolio. Innovative new building concepts enable a better response to a mix of functions, sustainability, well-being and digitization. In this way the building (or portfolio) becomes a safe and future-proof investment for investors. Right now, we are jointly working on more suitable buildings for users, investors and society

What we do
Development: We (re) develop and reposition mixed-use buildings, offices, residential buildings, schools and recreational and healthcare real estate. We develop pioneering concepts and buildings for the most diverse user groups. Our (re)developments are never limited in ambition or social relevance and we always include themes such as circularity, CO2 neutrality, digitization and mobility in our plans.
Housing advice: We provide strategic portfolio and workplace advice to business users, public institutions and local authorities. We match the real estate to the primary process, the business strategy, the structure, and especially to the culture of the organization. Together with the client, we come up with a new interpretation of the strategic real estate plan through short sprints, we develop new object policy for individual buildings, and we support clients in the acquisition, operation and disposal of real estate.
Asset management: We guide investors in sourcing and selecting the right assets and add value during the exploitation period. We take care of the purchase, rental and sales activities and reposition buildings with our development team if necessary.
